Coofi works in the tools you already use, such as Moneybird, e-Boekhouden, Shopify and your mailbox, and prepares client mail, quotes, reminders, posts and your website. Why does Coofi exist?
The work around your work does not belong in your evening.
If you run your own business, you do your craft and on top of that everything around it: the mail, quotes, reminders, the hours, the VAT, a post, the website. A big company has people for that, and someone who keeps the overview. Coofi is that for a small business. It works in the tools you already have, and you remain the one who decides.

Evidence over assumptions
Every amount, every agreement and every fact about a client points to a source: a document, an email, a page or a rule of yours. If Coofi finds no source, it draws no conclusion and says so.

You stay responsible
What is internal and can be undone simply carries on: drafts, analyses, a website in the preview. What goes out, touches money or cannot be undone waits for your OK. That is fixed in the code, not in an instruction to the AI.

Your data in Frankfurt, and yours alone
Your data is stored with AWS in Frankfurt. Every business is walled off separately, down to the database, so that even a bug in the app cannot let one business into another. Which other services we use, and what for, is on the Trust page.

What does Coofi not do?
Better to be honest up front.
No bot that sends by itself
Coofi prepares. You see anything that goes out first.
Not an accountant
Coofi counts your hours, your accountant decides on the hours criterion. Coofi prepares the VAT, you or your accountant files it.
Not a replacement for your tools
Your bookkeeping stays in Moneybird or e‑Boekhouden, your shop in Shopify or WooCommerce.
Not for healthcare
Medical data does not belong in Coofi, so we do not help healthcare practices.

What is Coofi?

Where is my data?
With AWS in Frankfurt. Every business is walled off separately, down to the database. The Trust page lists which services we use and what for.
Does Coofi train AI models on my data?
No. We do not train any models at all. We use existing models to write drafts for you.
Which languages does Coofi work in?
In Dutch, with English alongside.
Is Coofi suitable for healthcare?
No. Medical data does not belong in Coofi, so we do not help healthcare practices.
Can I take my website with me?
Yes. You download the finished site as a ZIP, with a short guide, for any host. You can do that without a plan too.
What happens if I stop?
Your business is locked, never gone. You can download your whole business and your website, also without a plan. Your website goes offline 14 days after the end, and comes back with one publish.
