What is Coofi?
Coofi is an AI COO for freelancers, small webshops and agencies in the Netherlands. Coofi works in the tools you already use, such as Moneybird, e‑Boekhouden, Shopify and your mailbox, and prepares customer mail, quotes, reminders, posts and your website. Everything that goes out waits for your OK.
Can Coofi refund or cancel an order?
No. Coofi puts mail about returns, refunds, cancellations, prices or complaints with you, without a draft. You decide and handle it in your shop.
Does Coofi work with Shopify and WooCommerce?
Yes. Coofi reads orders, payments, shipments and stock from Shopify or WooCommerce. It changes nothing in your shop.
Which orders does Coofi show with a mail?
Only the sender’s. Coofi searches by the order number in the mail or by the sender’s mail address. It does not show an order placed from another address.
Does Coofi know where a parcel is?
Yes, as far as your shop knows. Coofi reads the shipment as your shop has it: the carrier, the tracking code and the link. It does not check with the carrier itself.
Does Coofi work with Exact Online, bol.com or Mollie?
Not yet. Shopify, WooCommerce and Klaviyo work now; Exact Online, bol.com and Mollie come next. Until they work, we do not promise them.
Does Coofi send mail, posts or newsletters by itself?
No. A reply, post, Reel or newsletter only goes out after your OK. A video asks for two: first for the text, then for the video itself.
Does Coofi make videos with AI?
No, Coofi edits them. A video is made from your own photos and clips, the text you approved and your brand colours. Nothing is generated.
What does Coofi cost for a webshop?
From €29 a month excl. VAT. Starter has 600 credits a month for AI work, Pro (€79) 2,000 and Business (€199) 6,000. Your own edits are free.
How long is the trial, and do I have to enter a card?
14 days, and yes, you enter a payment card. 7 days before the first payment you get a reminder with how to stop. If you do not cancel, your plan starts after 14 days.
