For agencies

All your clients, each in its own business.

With Coofi, every client of your agency gets its own business in Coofi, apart from your other clients. Your client approves their posts through a private link under your brand, without an account; you put them live. Agency costs €199 a month excl. VAT with 3 client businesses, then €39 per extra client a month.

Can my clients see each other?

What Coofi learns at one client stays there.

No. In Coofi every client is its own business, with its own files, customers, memory and credits. That is walled off down to the database, with row-level security in PostgreSQL, so even a bug in the app does not let one business reach another. The wall stands between businesses, not between your people.

Fig. 2 · Your client’s OK through a private link

You make a private link for a week of posts, a quote or an invoice. Your client sees it as it will look and approves each item or asks for a change. Their OK posts and sends nothing: you do that. A link works 7 days by default and 30 at most.

Questions from agencies

Frequently asked questions about Coofi for agencies

What is Coofi?

Coofi is an AI COO for freelancers, small webshops and agencies in the Netherlands. Coofi works in the tools you already use, such as Moneybird, e‑Boekhouden, Shopify and your mailbox, and prepares customer mail, quotes, reminders, posts and your website. Everything that goes out waits for your OK.

Can my clients see each other?

No. Every client is its own business in Coofi, walled off down to the database. What Coofi learns at one client, it never uses at another.

Does my client need an account?

No. They get a private link that works until the date you choose, 7 days by default and 30 at most. You can close a link sooner; a new link for the same item replaces the old one.

Can a client put something online through the link?

No. They approve or ask for a change, and that is recorded with name and time. You post, send and publish, with your own hold.

Can my client approve a design?

No, on a design your client puts notes with their name. You approve and build, and then you publish yourself. Giving an OK through a link works for posts, quotes and invoices.

What does Coofi cost for an agency?

€199 a month excl. VAT for Agency, with 3 client businesses included. Each extra client costs €39 a month excl. VAT. Yearly you pay €1,990 excl. VAT, which is 10 months.

How long is the trial, and do I have to enter a card?

14 days, and yes, you enter a payment card. During the trial the trial’s limits apply, including 1 business; after the first payment you add your clients. 7 days before the first payment you get a reminder with how to stop.

What does my client see of Coofi?

Nothing, with Agency: links, reports and files show your brand. Coofi also never sends your clients advertising or tips.

Can a client take their website along when they stop?

Yes. The owner downloads the finished website as a ZIP, with a short guide, for any host. That works without a plan too.

More clients, without more hands.

Put your first client in Coofi and let them approve their posts through a link this week.
