Do I have to connect everything straight away?

No. Start with your email and your books. What you do not connect, Coofi does not use. You can always connect more later.

What does Coofi do without asking?

Reading, looking things up, writing drafts, counting your hours, preparing your VAT and building a site in testing. You see all of it in Today. Sending, publishing and anything to do with money waits for you.

Does Coofi book entries in my accounts?

No. Coofi prepares quotes, invoices and reminders in Moneybird, invoices in e‑Boekhouden too, and only sends them after your OK. Booking, paying and the tax return are done by you and your accountant.

Can Coofi file my VAT return?

No. With Moneybird, Coofi prepares the VAT overview for your quarter, and the email to your accountant waits in Approvals until you send it. You or your accountant file the return.

Can I take back a quote or invoice I sent?

Yes, for 10 seconds. After sending you can still take back a quote, invoice, reminder or client link for 10 seconds.

Can I see why Coofi suggests something?

Yes. Every amount and every fact shows its source: an email, an invoice, an earlier project. If there is no source, Coofi says so instead of guessing.

Can I decide how a department works?

Yes. Every specialist works with rules in plain words. You change them, and every earlier version is kept.
