Coofi with Moneybird
With Moneybird, Coofi prepares quotes and invoices as drafts in your own books, makes reminders for open invoices, prepares your VAT quarter for your accountant and counts your hours against the hours criterion (urencriterium) of 1,225 hours. Moneybird sends, after you gave your OK.
How to connect. You log in to Moneybird and give Coofi permission. Coofi does not ask for access to your bank.

Coofi with e‑Boekhouden
With e‑Boekhouden, Coofi prepares invoices and reminders for you. After your OK, e‑Boekhouden books the invoice, and Coofi mails it from your own mailbox. Quotes, the VAT quarter and the hours count only work with Moneybird for now.
How to connect. You create an API token in e‑Boekhouden and paste it into Coofi. One token belongs to one set of books. Connect your mailbox too, because that is how invoices and reminders go out.

With WooCommerce, Coofi answers questions about orders, products and stock with what is really in your store. Coofi only reads, with a key that has read access only. Every answer waits for your OK.
How to connect. You create a REST key in WooCommerce with read access only and enter the address of your store. The address must start with https.

Coofi with Klaviyo
With Klaviyo, Coofi reads your lists, campaigns, flows and their numbers, and prepares a new campaign as a draft in Klaviyo. A draft reaches no one. Sending, switching on a flow and changing your lists only happen after your OK.
How to connect. You create a private API key in Klaviyo and paste it into Coofi. Coofi first checks the key with Klaviyo before it stores it.

When does Coofi not work for you yet?
When your books, shop or payments run on a tool that Coofi cannot connect yet. This is what is not possible now.
Other webshops
Coofi recognises Lightspeed, CCV Shop, Mijnwebwinkel, Wix Stores, Magento, PrestaShop and BigCommerce on your website. Connecting them is not possible yet.
Doing things in your tools by itself
Coofi does not refund anything, does not change prices, does not touch your bank and does not file VAT returns. That stays with you and your accountant.

Questions about integrations
Do I have to switch from Moneybird or my webshop?
No. Coofi works in the tools you already have. Your books stay in Moneybird or e‑Boekhouden, your shop in Shopify or WooCommerce.
Does Coofi work with Exact Online, bol.com or Mollie?
Not yet. Shopify, WooCommerce and Klaviyo work now; Exact Online, bol.com and Mollie come next.
Can Coofi make quotes in e‑Boekhouden?
No. e‑Boekhouden does not offer quotes through the connection. Quotes, the VAT overview and the hours count only work with Moneybird for now; invoices and reminders work with both.
Can Coofi get into my bank?
No. Coofi does not ask Moneybird for access to your bank. With e‑Boekhouden, Coofi does read the payments that are in your books, to see whether an invoice has been paid.
Can Coofi refund or change prices in my shop?
No. In Shopify and WooCommerce, Coofi only reads. A question about a refund, a return or a complaint, Coofi leaves with you, without promising anything.
Does Coofi send mail or invoices by itself?
No. Every mail, quote, invoice, reminder and post waits for your OK. After sending you have 10 seconds to undo a quote, invoice or reminder.
Does Coofi work with Zapier or Make?
Yes, through Coofi’s public API and webhooks. That way you create drafts, customers and notes from your own automations. Every draft waits in Approvals; nothing can be approved or sent through the API.
Does an integration cost extra?
No. Your own domain and integrations come with every plan, from €29 a month excl. VAT.
