Coofi sets a few short-lived cookies while you sign in or connect an account, and keeps the rest in your browser’s own storage. Everything is listed below; all of it is needed for the app to work or remembers a choice you made, so there is nothing to switch on or off. Read more in the privacy policy.

Set by our server when you sign in or connect an account. Apart from aiws_signed_in, only the server can read them (HttpOnly).
__Host-aiws_session: your login. Until you log out, for at most 7 days; if you chose not to stay logged in, until you close the browser. Sent only to our API.
__Host-aiws_signed_in: says only that this browser is logged in, so the website can show "Open the app". Holds no login itself; same lifetime as __Host-aiws_session.
sign_in_oauth_nonce: protects signing in with Google or Microsoft against forged requests. About 25 minutes.
coofi_device_…: remembers this device after two-step login when you ask it to, so you are not asked for a code every time. 30 days.
mailbox_oauth_nonce, books_oauth_nonce, drive_oauth_nonce, social_oauth_nonce, sb_oauth_nonce: protect connecting your mailbox, Moneybird or e-Boekhouden, Google Drive, Instagram or LinkedIn, or Supabase. About 10 minutes, removed when the connection is made.

coofi.sign_in.remember (session storage): whether you chose to stay logged in, while you sign in.
aiws_session_changed: the time you last logged in or out, so other open tabs follow. Holds no login.
aiws.pendingInvite: an invite link you opened before logging in. Removed as soon as it is used.
aiws_boot_retry and coofi_chunk_retry (session storage): set only if the app fails to start or load a screen, so it reloads once instead of looping.
coofi_system_back (session storage): lets the phone's back gesture work inside the installed app.
coofi.push.owner and coofi.push.notNow: which login this device's notifications belong to, and that you said "not now" to them.

coofi-theme-choice (and the older coofi-theme): light or dark, once you pick one. The website reads it too.
coofi-less-animation and coofi-reduce-transparency: your motion and transparency settings in the app.
coofi.app_language: the app's language, once you pick one.
coofi-last-company and coofi_last_place:…: the business and the screen you were on, so the app opens where you left off.
coofi_approval_shortcuts: whether you use keyboard shortcuts in Approvals.
coofi-test-world-panel: whether the Test mode panel is open.
coofi.site.suggest: that you closed the "view this site in Dutch" line on the website.
