Approving everything does not work
If every draft, every bit of research and every small edit waits for you, you have not hired a team. You have hired a queue. Owners stop reading the requests after a few days and press approve on all of them, which is worse than not asking at all.
Fixing it afterwards is too late
The opposite is an AI that acts and tells you later. For a draft that is fine. For an email that has gone to your whole customer list, or a website that is now live with the wrong prices, “later” is too late. Some things cannot be undone.
Work that can be undone runs freely. Anything that goes out waits for a person.
Where we drew the line
Coofi sorts work into two kinds. Reading, drafting, analysing and building your website in a preview are reversible and internal, so they run on their own and you get updates. Publishing, sending email, paying and anything legally binding are outward or irreversible, so they stop and wait.
In between sits the manager. Coofi reviews internal proposals first and can approve the small ones himself. He cannot approve anything that goes live, sends, touches money or binds you. That is a fixed rule in the code, not an instruction the AI could argue with.
New hero, the booking form saves to your database, and prices match the April list.
Why blue
In the whole product, one colour means one thing: tie blue is waiting for you. The approve key, the “needs your OK” tag and the count in your sidebar. If you see blue, it is yours. If you do not, the team has it.
